Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with

proven experience and a passion.

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing

customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include

new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction

and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and

maximizing customer potential in designated regions. Searching for new clients who might

Responsibilities

? Traveling to visit potential clients.

? Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.

? Managing and interpreting customer requirements.

? Calculating client quotations.

? Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.

? Preparing daily & weekly reports for head office.

? Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Give best solution to

customers.

? Application study of customer.

? Solving client problems.

? Maintain good Relationship with Customers.

? lead generation & Database management, Pre- sales analysis & Market Mapping.

? Analysing and synthesizing large amounts of information in a clear and concise manner.

? Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.

? Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.

? Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.

? Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the

Uniqueness of the value proposition.

Requirements

? BE/B-Tech/ Diploma /degree or equivalent, preferably with an Engineering base.

? Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer with Air Compressor, Dryers &

Piping.

? Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in

Air Compressor, Dryers & Piping.

? Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.

? Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.

? Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to

understand manner.

? Excellent presentation and creativity skills Willingness to travel.

B.E/D.M.E./ Mechanical, Electrical

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?245,904.90 - ?550,000.00 per year
