Job Title: Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to build strong relationships with
clients seeking personalized hair loss treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will offer tailored
advice based on factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and individual
expectations.Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Conduct thorough hair assessments to determine the stage of hair loss.

• Educate clients on the causes and solutions for hair loss, providing personalized counseling based on their specific needs.
• Understand client expectations, suggest appropriate procedures and products, and use visual aids to communicate achievable results.
• Set daily consultation and revenue targets, regularly evaluating performance against objectives.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets, driving the studios financial growth.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and work closely as a business partner to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
xc2xb7 Bachelors degree required.
xc2xb7 Preferred age: 32 years and above.
xc2xb7 Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales.
xc2xb7 Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
xc2xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
xc2xb7 Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
effectively.
xc2xb7 Consultative, one-on-one selling approach.
xc2xb7 Experience in working directly with high-net-worth clients (HNI) in face-to-face
