A proactive, self-starter that takes responsibility to develop, own, and drive key workstreams on behalf of supporting the business.Core responsibilities include:Lead, organize, and manage business operations for the global Sales Compensation function, including handling executive-level special projects and working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other global functions and business teams. The global Sales function interacts with virtually every aspect of the company, with some members embedded within other teams.
