Overview:
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service within our organization. You will lead by example, motivating and guiding junior sales associates to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a strong understanding of our products/services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership:
  • Set sales targets and provide guidance to junior sales associates to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Lead by example through active participation in sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure all customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a product expert, providing customers with detailed information and recommendations.
  • Training and Development:
  • Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they understand our products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to junior sales associates to help them improve their performance and achieve their targets.
  • Identify training needs and develop resources to support the continuous growth and development of the sales team.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel supported and motivated to succeed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and achieving organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.
