We are looking forward to hire Sales Head for our REAL ESTATE company SMART DHOLERA HOUSING PVT. LTD. Job description will be as follows but not limited to:
1) Working on CRM and calling potential customers and explaining about the projects of the company and sharing all information about project with potential customer.
2) Maintaining database of hot leads and taking very close follow up on the same by maintaining own MIS report.
3) It is a complete end to end sales cycle like starting from doing the first call to explaining, sharing information and finally closing the prospect customer.
4)Candidates with experience in managing Real Estate sales team are preferred.
5)Passion for sales and incentive oriented candidates will make a fortune for themselves in this job.
6)Strong leadership and team management skills.
7)Monitor and review team members' sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
8)Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Pay: ?25,000.00 Starting
Note: Along with Salary, very good incentive structure is also in place.
