We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting them into sales. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, email, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's competitive edge.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Industrial Air compressor, Air Dryer, pneumatic tools, Industrial Chiller or any related industrial products.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
