Job Summary The Product Regulatory Affairs Team is agile, responsive, and highly effective. The group is responsible for identifying, interpreting, influencing and monitoring regulatory requirements that could impact our ability to do business today, or in the future. It also supports homologation certification across different countries for our three line of products ? Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories and Merchandise. This role would reside in Jaipur, India supporting Asia-Pacific (AP) team within the international region and works directly alongside colleagues covering Asia Pacific markets, but with frequent interactions and support of colleagues stationed globally. Job Responsibilities This position is responsible for supporting the Motor Company?s Hardwire strategy. The regulatory affairs function aims to effectively predict, manage, and mitigate regulatory requirements, and is therefore an essential component in enabling this strategy. Any changes to legislation that occurs from around the world, must be captured, interpreted and then fed back into the US product planning and engineering teams to ensure our ability to enable the sale of Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories, and General Merchandise products. This role will specifically support our products for India and Thailand market and will require coordination with the global regulatory and other functional teams to support the regulatory needs of these markets.
