  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top IT talent for diff clients across various disciplines.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking events, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, fostering a strong employer brand and building lasting relationships with potential employees.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates to secure the best talent.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the organization and have the necessary resources to succeed.
