Job Description

•Sr. Recruitment Consultant•

Exp - Minimum 3 year's to 5 year's

•Responsibilities:•

~Collaborate to understand their hiring needs and objectives

~Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

~Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability

~Interview candidates via video conferencing to evaluate their qualifications

~Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews

Negotiate salary and other employment terms on behalf of clients and candidates

~Maintain accurate records and update candidate profiles in the Tracking System

•Requirements:•

~Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role

~Knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

~Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport

~Ability to work independently and as part of a team

~Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

~Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources Management (e.g., AIRS, SHRM)

~Experience in specific industries such as education , finance, healthcare, etc.

Proven track record of successfully meeting recruitment targets and objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
