7. Accomplishing pre-onboarding process as per TAT mentioned in the HR SOP.
8. Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and being able to provide a great candidate experience at all stages of the hiring life cycle.

Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in recruiting for Junior, Mid and senior-level positions using different sourcing channels.
2. Complete working experience in the full-cycle hiring process, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
3. Recruitment Consulting/ Start-up hiring experience will be given first priority.
4. Specialization in Human Resources Management (Bachelors/Masters).
5. Any additional CHRM / HR certificate is a plus point (though not mandatory).
6. Excellent fluency/command over the English, Hindi & Telugu Language.
7. A great attitude and lots of passion for the role with strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills.
8. Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Hands on experience with managing Walk in Interview, Job posting, In house Hiring, Knowledge of Job Portals, and Mass Mailing Job Consultant Management.
10. Able to manage deadlines with quality output.
