1 Candidate Should have knowledge of Automotive Industries 2 Lead the quality control department, ensuring adherence to quality standards, procedures, and protocols. 3 Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, striving for customer satisfaction and retention. 4 Conduct PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), and SPC (Statistical Process Control) activities to support new product launches and process improvements. 5 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement, to implement quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues. 6 Plan, coordinate, and execute various audits, including PPAP audits, customer audits, IATF 16949 audits, and ISO 9001 audits. 7 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining accurate documentation and records. 8 Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement. 9 Provide training and support to team members on quality-related processes, tools, and methodologies. 10 Strong understanding of PPAP, APQP, MSA, and SPC methodologies. 11 Experience in managing quality control processes and customer complaints. 12 Proficiency in conducting audits, including PPAP, customer, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 audits.14Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.15Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
