SummaryReview of Audit trail of laboratory instruments and CSV documents. Should have knowledge on software compliance and should support in Review of analytical document review. Review of instrument qualification documents. Review of Investigations and assessing Change controls related to Audit trails.

  • Review of audit trails of laboratory instruments.
  • Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverable preparation/review.
  • Review of message center in empower software.
  • Review of qualification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ) of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s/instruments.
  • Investigation and review reports of laboratory Incidents related to audit trails.
  • Discussion of QMS action points with CFT and to make sure the closure within TCD.
  • Provide support in assessing Change Control requests.
