Position summary The Process Specialist is responsible to conduct research, analyze, collect, maintain, and improve the quality of the data/database related to global institutional investors. Duties & accountabilities 5-6 years of relevant industry experience Understanding of capital markets and trade regulations Conduct independent research and data mining from networks across the globe. Craft effective search strategies to gather relevant data for immediate use. Handle client customers from across the globe via calls/email and collect/process compliance certificates. Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members work as a team-player Highly proficient intermediary levels of excel. Ready skills to construct and manipulate Excel workbooks for data analysis. Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure continued alignment with other functional teams and engage with key stakeholders Accountability for individual projects and team\'s overall success Process data into backend application for client consumption and ensure quality assurance Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improve turn arounds. Take complete ownership of projects and manage timely deliverables. Prepare and publish periodic stats while having significant contribution to the team\'s overall productivity. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities High level of quantitative and qualitative analytics as well as analytical creativity Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Excel Proficiency with data manipulation in excel Practical understanding of market research methods Multi-tasking, time management and ability to prioritize tasks Language proficiency in English (Written/Spoken) highly preferred Business competencies Education and experience Bachelor\'s Degree (Finance/Commerce/Math/Engineering) Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Written) Basic knowledge/understanding of regulatory compliance 4+ years\' experience working in financial services industry/BPO/KPO Flexible to work in any shift Commercial awareness Have an excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with our client\'s customers Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
