We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in VoIP, PBX, SIP, Class 5 Switch, and Contact Center applications This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products built on SIP, Class 5 Switch, and micro-services architecture The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of proven experience in product testing within these domains and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases for products based on SIP, Kubernetes , and microservices architecture. Integrated assurance/testing as part of continues DevOps In addition with modular testing/assurance Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Design and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency. Conduct both manual and automated tests to identify bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks in the software. Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve identified issues. Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality. Provide timely and accurate reports on testing status, including test results, test coverage, and potential risks. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2-6 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on product testing within SIP , Kubernetes , and microservices testing and assurance. (M) Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices in a microservices environment. (M) Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, JUnit, TestNG, or similar technologies . (M) Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes . (M) Familiarity with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technologies is highly desirable. (M) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products within scheduled timelines. Preferred Skills: Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud .
