### What skills and experience are we looking for?


• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Web Development: Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries such as React or Angular.
• Database Management: Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• APIs: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with third-party APIs.
• Data Science: Familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Testing: Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., pytest, unittest).
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Microservices: Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Open Source Contributions: Active contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of GitHub repositories.
