Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Development and finalising them
Responsible for overall Purchase of R & D & Manufacturing sites.
Responsible for procurement of Capex Purchase and Opex Purchase for Engineering.
Managing a wide number of functions like Engineering Procurements preparation and checking for the Projects.
Daily negotiating with Suppliers for Price and Payment terms.
Coordination with all the departments for approval and other issues.
Rate Contract Finalisation for spares AMC related to Analytical Instruments.
Arranging all the logistic activities for movements of goods.
Finalization of all the service agreements for custom clearance and Transportation.
Doing rate contracts for logistic activities
Coordination with Production, QA/Analytical Dept. for vendor sample approval and other cGMP related activities.
Daily follow up with Suppliers for timely delivering the material.
Monitoring the team performance
