This person shall act as a local point of contact for MSFT and JLL,

She/He'll leading in implementation of the processes needed to be followed for day-2-day operations. He shall also act as a coordinator for the surveys and visits happening, only in terms of on-ground coordination.



The person will need to be senior enough to handle all of APAC. Skills should include the ability to work across many markets and geographies, international experience and cultural award, English speaking,

Have the ability to manage vendors and interact and coordinate with JLL and multiple Client stakeholders in India and APAC.

They should be client facing, have superior communication skills, be resilient, and have a sense of urgency.

Experience in managing vendor management and performance ability to manage them independently.



Manages to receive and to support all documentation and related agreements and land information.



Making sure that vendors are performing their day-to-day tasks up to the level of high standards
