This position is responsible for aligning inspection plans with integrated strategies, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvements in offshore inspection planning.xc2xb7 This position is based in Chandigarh/ Punexc2xb7 Our hybrid/remote work model offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to balance personal and professional life. Please note that the first 6 months will require working from the officexc2xb7 Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 25% of the yearDuties And ResponsibilitiesESSENTIALxc2xb7 Develop project and inspection plans based on requirements and best practices.xc2xb7 Identify scheduling process gaps and implement improvements.xc2xb7 Develop and adopt standardized Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) within project plans.xc2xb7 Ensure effective planning for all inspection activities, including Pressure Systems, Pipelines, and Structures.xc2xb7 Align the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to ensure Planned Maintenance (PMs) and Work Orders (WOs) are scheduled and monitored appropriately.xc2xb7 Update scheduled start and finish dates in MMS to align with planned inspection visits.xc2xb7 Engage with the Oceaneering Project team to ensure relevant gate criteria are met.xc2xb7 Liaise with the Clientxe2x80x99s Planning Department to update gate compliance and integrate inspection activities into offshore planning.xc2xb7 Lead and maintain scheduling and capacity planning across departments.xc2xb7 Monitor project progress, review forecasts, and ensure proactive mitigation of scheduling conflicts.xc2xb7 Provide impact analysis and recommendations for schedule revisions, personnel adjustments, and budgetary allocations.xc2xb7 Work closely with Inspection Engineers and Engineering Assistants to maintain visibility of planned and completed inspections.xc2xb7 Develop innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency.xc2xb7 Organize and maintain meeting agendas with Project Managers and key stakeholders.xc2xb7 Prepare detailed plans, time-scaled charts, and reports to communicate progress and issues.xc2xb7 Ensure Operations Managers and Team Leaders are informed of relevant project communications.xc2xb7 Attend technical and operational meetings as required.xc2xb7 Maintain planning documentation and champion best practices.xc2xb7 Train and coach team members on project scheduling tools and software.xc2xb7 Advocate for project scheduling best practices and methodology across teams.NON-ESSENTIALxc2xb7 Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.xc2xb7 Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives.xc2xb7 Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures.Supervisory Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.Reporting Relationship

QualificationsREQUIRED

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in engineering (preferred in Mechanical or allied branch)
• Minimum industrial experience of 7-10 years, out of which minimum 4 years of relevant project planning/scheduling experience in Inspection related activities in offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
• Working knowledge of Project Management aids/applications as well as basic Microsoft applications

DESIRED

• Working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS project.
• Project Management qualification / certification

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:

• Experience in Project Planning within the engineering arena (E)
• Experience in inspection/ integrity arena (P)
• Familiarity with ACET/Nexus or other databases and other discipline specific software (E)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• MMS Systems (MAXIMO, SAP etc.)
• Ability to generate a team approach to problem solving (E)
• Good communicator both written and verbal (E)
• Good client or support contractor relationship skills at various levels of seniority or diverse cultures (E)
