This role requires extensive experience in project delivery, a strong understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be based at our client\xe2\x80\x99s office in Mumbai and will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of the project.Job OverviewKey Responsibilities1. Project Leadership and Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of the digital transformation project.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.2. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular communication and meetings with clients to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.3. Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.4. Digital Transformation Expertise:
- Leverage deep knowledge of digital technologies and trends to drive innovation and transformation within the project.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement cutting-edge solutions and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Ensure the integration of digital tools and platforms aligns with the overall strategic objectives of the client.5. Risk Management and Problem Solving:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.6. Quality Assurance:
- Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables to maintain quality and performance.Skills & Experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including data analytics, IoT, AI, and cloud computing.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively at a client site and manage multiple stakeholders.
