Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation of pre-engineered buildings on-site. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements with individual Project P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site installation activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with various teams (e.g., engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, ensuring they stay within budget and report any deviations to senior management.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Travel: Be willing to travel to project sites as needed.
