Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and organizing projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and track milestones using appropriate tools.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Support project managers in resolving issues and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in the evaluation and improvement of project processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
