DESCRIPTION Our team focuses on improving Shopping experience of millions of Prime members across India and Emerging markets. Key job responsibilities 1. Defines and owns end to end Prime Shopping engagement business performance/reporting/updates and defining shopping benefit construct 2. Partners with Category teams to define/develop analytical frameworks to track and improve Prime member shopping experience and spends 3. Deep-dives on member spend trends to identify hot-spots and insights to develop program and product roadmap 4. Owns Shopping program working cross functionally across teams- Shopping, Category teams, Prime Video, Fuse and central Prime/partner teams across the globe. 5. Owns and drives monthly/quarterly reviews, annual and long range planning cycles for Prime Shopping engagement About the team Team owns Emerging Markets Prime program and partners closely with Prime teams in 8 countries across LATAM/MENA and APAC regions to drive Prime product/program strategy and investment areas. This year, team is driving disproportionate focus on Prime member spends and payments. Key aspect of driving member spend is to drive Shopping engagement for Prime members who join the program with an intent to watch video (aka converting streamers to shoppers). Team drives improvement on end to end Shopping journey for these Prime members collaborating closely with Shopping, Category teams, Prime Video, Fuse and central Prime/partner teams across the globe. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bengaluru, KA, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master\'s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
