DESCRIPTIONAmazon's IN Seller Flex team is looking for an experienced professional to help us continue with the Seller Flex Charter.The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to execute a vision, and the capability to manage operational efficiencies. A successful candidate in this role will be entrepreneurial, skilled in handling large volumes of data to derive insights that contribute to business strategy, and passionate about e-commerce and reading. This role requires coordination across various stakeholder teams to plan and execute multiple programs. You will be customer-focused, entrepreneurial, a proven self-starter, and have the demonstrated ability to invent.Key job responsibilities
Within this Program Manager role, you will:- Drive the Program Excellence charter across stores where Seller Flex is operational.
- Anchor QBRs, OP1/OP2, and strategy documents to be reviewed for IN leadership.
- Work closely with leaders across the 3P organization, locally and globally, to ensure the continued development of new services and product offerings.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
