JOB DESCRIPTION
We're in search of a talented, proven Product Associate to support our highly successful Commercial Real Estate businesses. In this role, you will work across our suite of internal applications, collaborating with product and tech leaders to drive UAT efforts, release communications, along with consistent internal user production support practices.
We develop, implement and deliver a full range of solutions/products that help internal users achieve their business goals, with a commitment to innovation and continually improving internal applications to drive business results. As a member of our product team, you will support the development of innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You'll join an inspiring and curious, internally focused team, dedicated to improving application design, development, testing and analytics that go into creating high quality software and new products.
Job responsibilities
• Partner with product and technology to deliver high quality software and new products.
• Drive solutions across the organization; working with stakeholders across multiple functions supporting a wide spectrum of channels and business lines
• Lead UAT to design, develop and implement test plans, scripts, tools using the detailed business requirements document provided by the business analysts.
• Manage production support queues to ensure user issues and requests are resolved quickly
• Partner in the delivery and enhancement of regular user product communications
• Regularly facilitate effective requirements discussions that focus on metrics needs
• Share upcoming and current functionality through end-user demos
• Synthesize large amounts of information in order to inform and make decisions quickly, take risks, course-correct and adapt, and constantly iterate approach
• Experience working both independently and in a virtual, collaborative environment is essential
• Comfortable working in a matrix management model with stakeholders and virtual teams across global locations
• Support the implementation of changes to continuously improve product management processes/ framework.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Minimum 5-8 years of UAT/quality assurance testing experience
• A thinker and a doer - effective at using data to drive towards an end vision
• Customer-centric focus; demonstrated ability to have the right rapport with end users
• Proven track record of managing complex data and reporting deliverables
• Comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
• Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
• Prior experience working with JIRA / Confluence
• Experience with Agile/ Scrum SDLC methodologies
• Must have ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Expertise with creating / modifying automation test scripts based on business requirements, impact matrix and functional specifications
• Automated Testing framework experience (Cucumber, Selenium, Mocha/Chai, TestNG) preferred
• Understanding of SQL/ VBA programming
• Project / program management experience
