Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Sr. Product Security Engineer.

The Sr. Product Security Engineer will be responsible for designing secure, user friendly and connected agricultural equipment and products in an agile fashion in cooperation with product management and engineering teams.

What You Will Do:

• Define product security concepts and goals.
• Secure design, architecture, implementation, and review.
• Create security guidance and documentation and ensure compliance by assigned product teams.
• Help define organizational level security strategy and evangelize security within the organization.
• Engage with 3rd parties to run assessments, tests, etc.
• Present to various levels of the organization on security topics and product security progress.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.

What You Will Bring:

• 3-8 years of relevant product security experience
• Extensive experience with OWASP Top 10/ OWASP IoT Top 10 / CWE Top 25 vulnerabilities & controls
• Expert knowledge/ implementation of common network and data protocols, and vulnerabilities, and common cryptographic protocols and implementation
• Experience with common cybersecurity frameworks (ex. NIST CSF) and aligning to common standards/regulations
• Experience with pen testing, identity and access management

Who You Are:

• Industry-level certifications, Sec+, CEH, EJPT, GIAC, GPEN, Pentest+, CND, AWS or other cloud certs
• Experience working in an Agile environment, specifically SAFe and Scrum
• Software development/system design experience
