What\'s the role This position is a senior leadership position in the Central Enablement team of the CPO organization, as well as a member of the extended CPO leadership team, reporting to the Director, Content Product Owner - Central Enablement Team. This position is responsible for the global management of content benchmarking, interfacing with Product Testing and Analytics, Product Marketing and other functions through which competitive and product assessment data enters HERE, to provide consistent and accessible benchmarking insights across HERE, as well as the management of Ground Truth operations across Data Engineering and Operations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Establish and contribute to our shared vision across the company by building consensus, soliciting feedback, and negotiating trade-offs while driving priorities during product execution. They will define and align product requirements and acceptance criteria with business and customer needs to deliver a highly competitive product. Drive overall content benchmarking efforts, aggregate globally, analyze, determine actionable product insights, and communicate as both inside of Platform Foundation and outside, as required. Lead a team of Content Product Owners/ Content Delivery Managers Define what to test and why: Understand and define the content to benchmark, engaging cross-functional stakeholders Create an annual content benchmarking roadmap with objectives and scope Align with Product Marketing and Competitive Intelligence teams within Brand on opportunities to collaborate on external content studies Obtain budget: Engage in budget prioritization and planning processes with cross-functional stakeholders to justify and secure funding Develop benchmarking processes: Engage expert teams (Product Competitive Intelligence, Quality, external vendors) to develop benchmarking processes, measurement systems and metrics Execute benchmarking: Manage execution of benchmarking, leveraging internal resources and vendors Derive insights and recommendations: Analyze benchmarking results to derive insights and recommendations, consolidating and comparing/contrasting findings to form 1 informed view of HERE content Manage PF\'s benchmarking intelligence library: Aggregate content product intelligence and benchmarking within HERE, linking to relevant PMK materials Support Product Marketing with insights to create external messaging which they will align to HERE GTM strategy and brand Environment (I.E. DEGREE OF SUPERVISION / INDEPENDENCE CREATIVITY / FOLLOWING PROCEDURES) Provides leadership to Content Product Owner Managers and Content Product Owners and is accountable for the performance and results in the area of Benchmarking Senior Management role - high degree of independence working across customer, Strategy & Data, Brand and other organizational boundaries to drive Benchmarking Strategy and Execution. Leadership role with level of discretion to influence strategy and investment mix, priority setting and product/scope decision making for responsible global or regional content portfolio, management and leadership of Content Product Owner team Role requires strategic thinking, technology experience, product knowledge, very high levels of influencing skills, display level of coordination/expertise across business units working collaboratively with key stakeholders Product, CCO, Brand, Development, etc. Impact DECISION MAKING (I.E. TYPICAL DECISIONs MADE AMt. OF BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY, key accountabilities, influence on revenue, profitablity, quality or cost, ETC This role is empowered to make product related decisions, impact customer satisfaction/perception and engage external/internal stakeholders in the success of the responsible global or regional portfolio. Make product related decisions including but not limited to budgetary/prioritization, marketing and promotion, feature enhancement decisions relating to responsible global or regional portfolio. Hiring and ongoing team development of a team of product owners. Creation and optimization of processes relating to responsible global or regional portfolio strategy, collaborating with global and regional counterparts. Preempt customer issues and proactively create action plans lead strategic customer issues escalations to resolution. Consolidate benchmarking requirements for the responsible global or regional portfolio. Who are you POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM EDUCATION, AMT. & TYPE OF WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB COMPETENTLY) Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor\'s and or master degree Relevant experience in content management and some years in team management Experienced in product/ content management disciplines with thorough understanding of business concepts across disciplines including marketing, financial analysis, business case creation/justification and corporate strategy Creative, visionary, strategic thinking required with the ability to work flexibly with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under pressure to consolidate competing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make product/investment recommendations and decisions supported by data Strong team leadership, organizational and management skills Experienced working in fast paced environment be comfortable working with ambiguity Knowledge of finance tools and concepts (e.g. business case creation).
