We are looking for someone who is comfortable in fast-paced environments with competing priorities, excited by collaboration and driven to solve problems for small businesses! : In this role, experience in commerce and accounting/financial domains will give you a big advantage. You will work closely with customers, product, and engineering team to design, develop and launch high impact features for our SaaS product. Our products offer depth of automation and analytics, integrating with over 100 apps and software systems. You will understand customer needs and translate them into detailed product specifications including mock ups, user stories, test cases, etc. You\'ll work closely with the team to develop features, run user-testing for releases and collaborate with customers to ensure there is strong adoption after launch. We have a distributed engineering and product team so you must be adept at working with highly technical remote teams in a flexible environment with strong communication skills. You\'ll be juggling multiple features and priorities. You need to be a constant learner, and someone who can structure product initiatives like Beta tests and segmented roll-outs to maximize learning in order to iterate on the product. You\'ll also plan and execute training for support, sales and marketing for the features you deliver. The Impact You Will Make

• You\'ll own the execution and delivery of Webgility\'s accounting SaaS products to drive future revenue growth
• Become an Ecommerce expert and articulate the product strategy and roadmap for the entire team, partnering closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Research and validate new opportunities through user surveys, data analysis, ser testing, competitive analysis and interviews
• Identify and measure key success metrics for customer and business impact
• Work closely with our architects, developers and designers to prioritize and deliver on high-impact initiatives including inventory management, forecasting, payments and much more.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations research, Computer Science or Engineering or a related discipline required, advanced degree desirable
• 3+ years of proven product management experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in Retail, Ecommerce, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting/Finance. Expertise and a proven track record successfully building accounting/financial business applications is highly desired
• Deep curiosity and customer empathy
• Highly quantitative and enjoy analyzing lots of complex data
• Ability to manage competing priorities, make recommendations, be able to compromise and develop new ideas with stakeholders, and be able to deliver a consensus while keeping customer needs at heart
• Love working in teams and not shy to roll up your sleeves
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex integration and automation solutions
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving measurable outcomes with a history of successful delivery of large scale projects with high-quality, while managing the entire life-cycle
• Exemplary communication skills, including the ability to distill, refine and socialize key findings into stakeholder needs
• Strong product management and technical skills having comfort in a fast-paced, Agile Scrum environment. Strong process driver with expertise in Jira and/or other project management software
