DescriptionSr Product ManagerOverviewEdifecs is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will play a crucial role in our product development and strategy, including effective stakeholder management and communication including activities such as release planning, status reporting and roadmaps.What you will do:

• Understanding and defining requirements for Edifecs ongoing and upcoming products
• Elicit requirements using interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, workflow definitions, use cases, scenarios based on Edifecs Product Specifications
• Draft requirements by analysing and understanding companion guides and map to Product Business Rules and guidelines.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business priorities ensuring timely delivery and releases.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT vendors and partners to integrate third-party solutions and technologies as needed
• Product Briefs: Collaborate and review with clients and stakeholders to fine-tune product requirements.
• Prototyping: Work with design teams to create product prototypes.

What you will bring:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably healthcare IT.
• Understanding of healthcare Provider / Payor workflows, interop standards.
• Understanding of various EDI transactions such as HIPAA x12, HL7, FHIR, EDIFACT, NCPDP etc,
• Experience in agile methodologies and product development processes. Experience in Product development and management right from conceptualization till delivery and implementation
• Knowledge of communication protocols, understanding of programming principles.
• Responsive, responsible, self-motivated person, ready to work flexible hours especially during the pre-release time.
