We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our newly created CRM Integration and Enhancement product team. This team is a new product team tasked with managing and enhancing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, focusing on Salesforce integrations and continuous improvements. You and your team will be tasked with maintaining and enhancing the integration between Salesforce and other internal systems, working to continuously improve Salesforce functionality to meet the evolving needs of VCS, ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability between Salesforce and other systems (including VistaNext and Financial systems such as SOFI, SAP, etc.), and to identify and implement opportunities for CRM process improvements and optimizations on an ongoing basis.
