The Product Development team within Vistaprint Corporate Solutions is dedicated to building unparalleled products that deliver immense value to our customers. Consisting of skilled product managers, UX designers, and engineers, our team collaborates closely with global marketing, sales, sales operations, tooling, and customer service teams. We are committed to leveraging advanced analytics to enhance customer experiences and drive continuous improvement across our product offerings. We are currently on a multi-year journey to a new product platform, and this team, in collaboration with our other product teams and stakeholders, will be instrumental in helping us get there.About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our newly created CRM Integration and Enhancement product team. This team is a new product team tasked with managing and enhancing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, focusing on Salesforce integrations and continuous improvements. You and your team will be tasked with maintaining and enhancing the integration between Salesforce and other internal systems, working to continuously improve Salesforce functionality to meet the evolving needs of VCS, ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability between Salesforce and other systems (including VistaNext and Financial systems such as SOFI, SAP, etc.), and to identify and implement opportunities for CRM process improvements and optimizations on an ongoing basis. We are customer-centric builders, hard-core technologists, and ruthless executors who are responsible for delivering the business vision and product strategy through the VCS Product domain.What youll be doing

• Leadership and Vision: Set and articulate a compelling vision for the CRM Product Team, aligned with VistaPrint\'s business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• User Research: Conduct market research (Quantitative & Qualitative) and collaborate with your UX/Engineering partners to develop insights on customer needs and goals.
• Product Requirement: Using market insights and VCSs product strategy, build actionable roadmaps and own the Product Briefs (Epics, User-Stories, Customer Problems, & Wireframes).
• Manage Product Lifecycle: Establish and align on product requirements with your Engineering and UX team members. Monitor the progress of the product release, support plan and product analytics for a seamless delivery of business value.
• Agile Management: Ensure requirements are converted to effective & informative backlogs with user stories and story points. Effectively be a part of daily sprint stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint alignment, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor various channels of information flow that can provide feedback on product performance to further improve the customer experience. Self-Improvement through constant learning is also important as a PM/SPM.

What\'ll make you a Great Candidate

• 8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in a technology-focused environment with a strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Experience working on complex and high-quality B2B/B2C customer facing products, preferably in the e-commerce Domain.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of UI/UX concepts and familiarity of functional tools.
• Understanding of Data Analytics and its application.
• Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills.

Some Nice to Haves

• MBA from a Tier-1 Business School.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and customization, with a deep understanding of
• Salesforce architecture and capabilities.
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Miro
• Ability to create concept wireframes.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering.
