If so, Amazon\'s Accounts Payable (AP) Finance Operations and FinTech team has the perfect role for you to innovate (Think Big) and Deliver Results for one of the largest P2P value streams in the world.

FinOps AP is looking for a Sr Product Manager with a strong record of delivering cross-functional technical solutions for product features and capabilities for external customers as well as internal operations. This leader will develop, own and manage a strategic set of features and capabilities on the global AP product roadmap. This high-visibility role will require leading FinOps teams in defining technical solutions in collaboration with multiple business, supply chain and technical teams across the company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent product management, problem solving and communication skills and be able to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. The candidate will be at ease dealing with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, be motivated by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives while staying on top of tactical execution, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

The candidate should have exceptional product judgement. You are able to distill clear requirements from large and diverse sets of customers, partners, vendors, and regional agencies/business entities. You determine when it is appropriate to build, improve an existing solution, or integrate existing features for a more cohesive end-to-end customer experience. You are an effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs (e.g., time vs. effort vs. features), and drive appropriate schedules. You are willing to adjust priorities to ensure the right customer, technology, and engineering outcomes. You proactively mitigate risks and help reduce a product\'s exposure to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood, ineffective cross-team collaboration, insufficient testing). When confronted with discordant views, you are able to find the best way forward and influence others to follow that path.

Key job responsibilities

• Define multiyear product roadmap prioritizing features and capabilities to deliver P2P FinTech solutions for Amazon\'s global Retail business.
• Define the problem(s) we are trying to solve, desired customer experience, vision, tenets, and product strategy.
• Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences. Write narratives, PR/FAQs, and other strategic documents.
• Responsible for collaborating with global FinOps teams in collecting and documenting product requirements and collaborating with various technical teams on design, function and trade-offs.
• Discern which features are essential, can be triaged, as well as which can be omitted altogether.
• Deliver new and innovative capabilities in Amazon\'s P2P process enhancing features and controls for invoice ingestion, validation, and matching capabilities.
• Define showstoppers related to product quality, make sure bugs are triaged, and ensure issues are resolved or mitigated in the right order.
• Develop product plans that have clear, measurable success criteria. Define mechanisms and metrics (e.g., KPIs, funnels, conversion, awareness) that enable quick explanation of a product\'s/feature adoption, performance and any variance against goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
