Job Title: Sr. Product Engineer Tech Lead Location: [Location Bangalore, Experience: 5+ years (minimum 2 years as a Tech Lead preferred)

: As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of web applications. You will also be instrumental in mentoring team members, ensuring the quality of code, and collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tech Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.
• Architect, design, and implement solutions using React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Maintain high code quality standards and implement best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Expertise in MongoDB for database management.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with other modern front-end or back-end technologies.
• Good understanding of Web3 technologies.
• Experience in tech startup environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in web application development (minimum 2 years as a Tech Lead).
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• While applying share your code repository link ( Git hub, ETC.)
