Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is very dedicated to operate, optimize and expand Workday across different Workday modules to maximize the value for Siemens.\xc2\xb7 Discover and analyze issues in the system and define, execute solution approaches.\xc2\xb7 Identify, design and realize improvements within the existing Security Configuration\xc2\xb7 Focus to ensure a secure global system and process stability.\xc2\xb7 Support regular Workday Release Management\xc2\xb7 Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries.\xc2\xb7 Execute and manage regular operational activities including Incident Management and Service Request Management\xc2\xb7 Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 3+ Years Technical Workday experience across different Workday modules.\xc2\xb7 1+ Years Technical Workday experience dedicated to Workday Security, ideally for different companies / clients.\xc2\xb7 Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.\xc2\xb7 Passion to bring value add to customers and provide service excellence.\xc2\xb7 Workday Trainings / certifications in focus area.Specific Skills:\xc2\xb7 Good Knowledge for Workday Security which includes areas like access groups and access concepts, security roles, security groups, intersection security groups and security concepts, user authentication\xc2\xb7 Experience in analyzing system issues and executing necessary solutions by ensuring system compliance\xc2\xb7 Analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a large application and process landscape\xc2\xb7 Analytic skills to identify root-causes based on system data as well as Knowledge in Managing HR Master Data in Workday\xc2\xb7 Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have)Join us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
