In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner withYou\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:\xc2\xb7 Drive the end-to-end international assignment journey, guide, and consult the internal and/or external assignee, ensure a seamless execution of the process, providing an excellent assignment experience.\xc2\xb7 Assess the needs and options of international assignees and any accompanying family members throughout the assignment life cycle.\xc2\xb7 Keep assignees and stakeholders informed at every stage of the assignment, providing updates on compliance, regulatory procedures, and internal requirements.\xc2\xb7 Resolve stakeholder disputes and bring strategies for solutions.\xc2\xb7 Review and ensure compliance in all international assignment matters, including Immigration, Tax, Social Security, and Corporate Tax.\xc2\xb7 Implement compliant procedures for international assignments, including Permanent Establishment avoidance models and individual tax triggers.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate all international assignments in alignment with internal and external principles and policies.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain all necessary documents and records for the assignment life-cycle.\xc2\xb7 Manage the financial aspect of the assignment process, including income calculations, payment requests, shadow payroll enrollment, year-end compensation collection, and reporting.\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and accurate billing processes for Global Mobility Management (GMM) services to customers.\xc2\xb7 Submit and authorize tax orders in a timely manner and oversee the completion of the tax service process.\xc2\xb7 Understand and follow the escalation management process within GMM, stakeholders, and service providers.\xc2\xb7 Maintain proficiency with existing GMM IT tools and adapt to new tools as they are developed and implemented.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 10+years of international assignments knowledge with a focus on immigration, taxes, social security, local legislation, or related HR service functions.\xc2\xb7 Proficient with MS Office Suite.\xc2\xb7 Enthusiastic, positive and keen to learn and develop.\xc2\xb7 Ability to appropriately manage confidential information.\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint - strong Excel knowledge preferred\xc2\xb7 Attracted to a dynamic business culture supporting the firm\xe2\x80\x99s broader growth strategy.\xc2\xb7 Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.\xc2\xb7 Flexibility and ability to manage several tasks/priorities in a very fast-paced environment.Required Skills:\xc2\xb7 Customer focus\xc2\xb7 Commercial awareness\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and process overview\xc2\xb7 Structural and organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Analytical skills\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Emotional intelligence\xc2\xb7 Tact and persuasive ability\xc2\xb7 International teamwork and global collaboration\xc2\xb7 Good oral and written communication skills\xc2\xb7 Service delivery managementJoin us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
