Experience Range 3 - 7 years
Education Qualification Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial Engineering
Desired Skills
• Experience in plastic, metal parts FE modelling for crash load cases
• Experience in handling includes
• Good LS-Dyna knowledge (keywords, contacts, boundary prescribed motion)
• Running LS-DYNA simulations and debugging
• Knowledge of FMVSS 201, NCAP protocols, front and side crash regulations
• Experience in static and dynamic simulations in LS-Dyna
• Experience in simulations airbags (Perferably side air bag/curtain airbag)
• Experience in sub assembly and full vehicle integration
• Preparing complete deck and with all connections and contacts
• Experience in design optimization and knowledge in plastic manufacturing
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of simulation methods followed.
