In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with.Youll make a difference by:\xc2\xb7 Audits Expense Reports submitted by employees based on expense audit rules and ensure compliance with the T&E Guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Provide complete and consistent responses in a timely manner to the T&E customer inquiry / Stake holders.\xc2\xb7 Assist with internal and external audits, projects and initiatives for the travel and expense program.\xc2\xb7 Identifies and implements process improvements into the process.\xc2\xb7 Applies documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level.\xc2\xb7 Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex.\xc2\xb7 Inputs /Audits data entered Concur system to ensure Accuracy.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 2years to 3 years Experience in Travel and Expense process is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Experience in working knowledge on Concur tool is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\xc2\xb7 Target oriented and team player\xc2\xb7 Basic analytical skills\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication (Written and Verbal) skills a must.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Flexible in work timing & shiftsJoin us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
