Mode of Employment: Full TimeJob descriptionJob Summary -Cloud Network SME is the one who have good experience with managing Cloud infrastructure and specifically Cloud Network management. Cloud SME will focus on AWS Cloud Infrastructure, work with Windows platform, apply ITIL V3 processes and automation to overcome complex challenges in large Cloud environment. Should have experience in Cloud Network Management.Years of experience needed -7 + yearsTechnical Skills:\xef\x82\xb7 Implementing and maintaining cloud management solutions including initial and ongoing configuration of related automation, notifications and reporting capabilities.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain availability of deployed systems based on the agreed SLA and OLAs.\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and troubleshoot cloud service events and issues as well as work with cloud service providers and solution partners to efficiently solve issues or implement workarounds.\xef\x82\xb7 Compose CloudFormation templates to ensure repeatable, sustainable cloud infrastructure is effectively managed.\xef\x82\xb7 Perform technical planning, system integration, evaluate alternatives and validate supportability for new and deployed solutions in cloud environment.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide analysis and recommendations associated with the implementation or migration of specific applications to cloud services.\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare reports and/or recommendations of new and/or changing processes/products.\xef\x82\xb7 Improve operational capabilities of client enterprise infrastructure as approved and directed.Certifications Needed:\xef\x82\xb7 CCNP Certification (preferred)\xef\x82\xb7 AWS certifications (Preferred)About MphasisMphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
