:Role: F5 Load balancer EngineerJob Summary -We are looking for a highly skilled networking professional with 8-12 years of experience as a F5 load balancer with comprehensive IP Network knowledge who performs end-to-end services for clients using a consultative approach.Years of experience needed -8-12 years of experience as a Network Engineer or experience in managing and leading infrastructure and network projects.Technical Skills:\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on CLI experience on F5 LTM and GTM\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in deploying or decommissioning F5 product\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Decommissioning live F5 device.\xef\x82\xb7 The Network Engineer must have 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience on Load Balancing (F5 preferred).\xef\x82\xb7 Have hands-on experience in installation, migration and decommissioning of load balancing devices.\xef\x82\xb7 Expertise of networking fundamentals including Network topology, VLANs, Routing, Switching, Global/Local Load Balancing and Firewalls.\xef\x82\xb7 Fundamental understanding of scripting languages (e.g. Python, bash) and ansible automation.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of one or more infrastructure disciplines such as hardware, networking terminology, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resiliency.\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of REST API and container-based deployment models.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience and comfortable working in a Linux CLI environment.\xef\x82\xb7 Good at troubleshooting issues.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in standard industry change management processes and implementing methodical infrastructure change processes in a high-risk environment.\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of version and revision control practices and procedures.Process Skills:\xef\x82\xb7 Good exposure to the technology and involvement into day-to-day operations (Incident, Change & ProblemManagement) of Network and Load Balancer.\xef\x82\xb7 Should be willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.\xef\x82\xb7 Should be willing to act as an on-call engineer as and when required.\xef\x82\xb7 Advanced Level of Internetworking theory and practical applications\xef\x82\xb7 Basic Level of Network diagnostic methods, tools, and interpreting packet captures\xef\x82\xb7 Basic Level of Security and Risk exposure assessments and mitigation\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in analysis of business system requirements in a multi-platform distributed environment\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent command of business knowledge\xef\x82\xb7 Project management and process coordination\xef\x82\xb7 Relationship building - ability to solicit input from internal and external sources.\xef\x82\xb7 Change leadership OSI - Model\xef\x82\xb7 Metrics and reporting Experience in IT- Infrastructure Projects. Infrastructure domain knowledge is essential.\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge in preparing / developing project schedules, estimation, establishing measures and milestones, definition, scoping, tracking etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in managing projects through use of processes like risk management, quality management, Issue/problem management & Scope change management.Behavioral Skills :\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to effectively manage relationships with other infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business, and customer representatives.\xef\x82\xb7 Organizational skills with attention to task details, documentation, and target dates.\xef\x82\xb7 Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills.\xef\x82\xb7 Must know when to ask for assistance.
