Sr. PMO ManagerSenior HR Operations Manager (M)Role Summary:As Flutter continues to expand across the globe, we are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our new shared capability centre (HSCC) based in Hyderabad, integrating into our broader, Global Operating Model.In this role, you will be responsible for aligning the overall programme roadmap and project management practices with Flutter\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals, ensuring successful execution of projects enhancing overall project delivery efficiency, as well as assisting the PMO Head in putting in place and enforcing a robust governance framework for all implementations and all areas within Global HR Ops community.This role will maintain a strong and collaborative global network and be a key contributor in the delivery of the Group HR Operations Change strategy. The role will need to influence and foster collaboration without authority across various Divisions and Brands in our global federated model.Key Responsibilities:

• Capability Building \xe2\x80\x93 work with the Head of PMO in developing the PMO into a directive and supportive PMO.
• Strategic Leadership \xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with the Head of PMO in streamlining Project & Program manager trainings, methodology employment and template usage.
• Process & Continuous Improvement \xe2\x80\x93 Work with the Head of PMO in setting up best practices, processes and re-evaluate them periodically to ensure compliance.
• Performance Management \xe2\x80\x93 Lead the PMO in a servant-leadership model, ensuring in cultivation of high-performance culture.
• Portfolio Management \xe2\x80\x93 Partner with various leadership team members across Group HR Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure the portfolio is delivered to plan, risks and dependencies are captured and mitigation plans are developed, communicated as appropriate.
• Risk Management \xe2\x80\x93 Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery. Develop, maintain and communicate an appropriate risk register.
• Communication Management \xe2\x80\x93 Develop, Setup and Maintain an appropriate communication management strategy across the portfolio.
• Team Leadership \xe2\x80\x93 Develop a high-performing PMO team by providing subject matter expertise, mentorship, and professional development support to team members.
• Methodology \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible to drive the organization into an Agile methodology-based thought process by being a thought leader.

• Overall, 10+ years of work experience with extensive work experience as a Project / Program Manager in a global organization, leading multiple, globally diverse programs.
• Demonstrable depth of experience working as a PMO Lead in large global business \xe2\x80\x93 ideally in a matrix or federated environment.
• PMP or SAFe Agile Certifications are a must.
• Extensive experience with Jira (utilization of JQL, Jira Dashboards, Whiteboards), Confluence (integrate Jira reports, maintain documentation), Workday implementation and SOX Compliance Audits is a must.
• Experienced in owning and managing a program of technology projects, prioritizing demand at a divisional level is desired.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills to engage, communicate, compromise and gain success during our product lifecycle.
• Senior principles, leading by example, showing work ethic and passionate, professional attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English);
• Enjoy working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and hyper-growth environment.
