Position Overview:

As a Senior PHP Laravel Developer at Sanctumcloud System Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, from initial planning to deployment, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and scalability. This role also includes mentoring junior developers, managing CI/CD processes, and contributing to strategic discussions on project design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of PHP and Laravel developers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee end-to-end project development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Design, develop, and deploy robust applications using the Laravel framework, ensuring code is clean, efficient, and scalable.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and QA, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop dynamic front-end components using frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, Angular.js, or Node.js for seamless integration with backend systems.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation across the development team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for peak performance, cross-platform compatibility, and security.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the team remains on the cutting edge.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer, with a strong focus on the Laravel framework.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and PHP 7/8.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as Vue.js, React.js and Angular.js.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their integration with backend frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a development team, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
• Exposure to unit testing, test-driven development (TDD), or behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Hands-on experience with scalable database solutions (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?55,000.00 per month
