Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to build successful launch and sustaining campaigns and promotional concepts, by diving deep into the creative vision for a project and combining this with insights around customer data including content and usage trends. The focus will be on building, measuring and optimizing successful, results-oriented marketing programs in a fast-paced environment, often with aggressive timelines, across new partner launches and on-going campaigns. This person must also have experience in creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale, both directly and by others. This includes creating SOPs and efficiency metrics, deploying automated solutions where possible, and acting as the team's operational voice. Above all, the candidate should work collaboratively and independently, building trust across internal teams as well as external partners.
