Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading Recruitment Consultancy.Our client company provides Accounting Bookkeeping, Medical Billing, Audio Visual, IT outsourcing services to small businesses across the USARole: Officer/Sr. Officer- Inventory Accounting SpecialistIndustry: KPO/ US AccountingYears of experience:- 3-4 years experience of working in accounts team of manufacturing companiesOffice Location: AhmedabadTimings: 11AM to 8:30 PMCTC: 45-60kPosition description: Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly review of accounts & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines.Primary Responsibilities:US Accounting/Inventory knowledge in ERP SoftwareKnowledge of Manufacturing sectorInventory Serial and lot NumberInventory handlingExperience in handling the Bill of Materials, Work OrdersHave experience in analyzing the Inventory variances accounts in Standard cost manufacturingMaterial Requisition Building of Assemblies from linked Bill of Material Demand and Supply planning Analysis of Inventory report for proper Reconciliation Purpose Knowledge of Warehouse management system WIP and Routing Understanding of inventory life cycle, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.Communication with US Managers and US Clients Able to meet deadlines without any delay.Handle client Queries/calls independentlyRequired Competencies:Must have experience on Inventory management in ERP software in manufacturing companyGood Communication skills both Written and Verbal Effective - should be able to speak to the US clientsKnowledge of MS office tools Should have skills related to Project ManagementMust be a Commerce Graduate, Any certification in Inventory and Cost Accountant field will be preferred.If interested, you may share your updated resume with details of your relevant experience, current salary, expected salary and notice period.
