Export OrdersChecking available ICO open orders of Export and ETO/PTO (Test tires) in SAP. Ensuring information should correct. Checking Stock availability according to open orders. Ensure SNI marks on tires for Indonesia market.Preparing Invoice and packing list as per SAP orders. Coordinate with Freight forwarder for container booking and shipment planning as per available vessel.Creating Shipment unit, Order confirmation, deliveries, and Excise Invoice through SAP.Export process and documentsCoordinate with A/C, Local custom 1for factory stuffing and sealing of containers.Arrange to Prepare VGM and other related Export documents and hand over to Freight forwarder agents or drivers.In case of Indonesia Please coordinate and arrange the SGS inspection during loading of containers.Coordinate with freight forwarder for filling of shipping bills and provide their approval prior.To close shipping unit and create final invoice from SAP and confirm to ICO partner.Coordinate with Freight forwarder and ICO Partner for draft and Original B/L on time. Coordinate with Freight forwarder for shipment tracking and shipped on board. Preparing the documents and apply FORM-AI at Export inspection agency within the time limit. (e.g Indonesia, Thailand). Arrange to send all Export documents to Customers or ICO Partner for custom clearance at destination.Freight cost:Arrange to provide the data for Global freight forwarder, Ocean, and Air tender.Checking, Verifying and process the freight bills of vendors through SAP.Preparing Monthly report of country wise cost per tire and cost per ton. . Preparing freight and Handling Budget for next year.Arrange to collect all document from freight forwarders and submit to A/C department for BRC.Arrange to get certificate of Origin from PHD chamber of commerce. Preparing the necessary data and documentation for Advance license. Coordination with DGFT for redemption of Advance license. Arranging to get the benefit of export incentive scheme.Documentation:In case of LC shipment, to ensure all terms and condition should full fill of LC.To Ensure, submit all documents with LC copy to Banks to get realization on time.To maintain the ledger of export customers, with respect to payments and dues.To prepare the Containers checking list.To supervise the Loading process of Export shipments. To Supervise the container sealing process.QualificationsAny Graduate + Diploma or PG in Supply chain.Additional Information

• Must have knowledge of MS office and SAP

• Required minimum 5 year Experience in Export/import business, Logistics, SAP (SD/MM),
