Job Title: Sr. NSPB/SmartView Administrator

Job Summary
The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we've love for you to be part of it as our Sr. NSPB/SmartView Administrator.
Manage and support our implementation of SmartView in NSPB/PBCS, ensuring seamless integration with our NetSuite environment. This focuses on administration and maintenance, optimizing reporting and data access, end user support and training, as well as collaborating with finance and accounting on future improvements and configurations.
What You Will Do As A Senior NSPB/Smartview Administrator• Act as the administrator for NSPB/PBCS/SmartView systems, including updates, user access management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain integration between SmartView and Oracle EPM to ensure accurate data reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to improve business processes, and optimize system performance.
• Validate data integrity, support accounting and finance with data validation and tie-outs, and assist with reporting needs.
• Test and implement system updates and manage production changes.
• Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay current on system updates, overseeing upgrades and patches.


What You Will Bring As A Senior NSPB/SmartView Administrator• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; or 4 years of professional experience in lieu of degree
• 3+ years of experience with SmartView and NSPB or Oracle PBCS as it connects to NetSuite
• Oracle EPM certification or relevant financial systems certifications a plus
• Experience with SOX and public company change and approval processes a plus
• Experience with Insurance companies and their data and reporting a plus; experience directly with NetSuite is a plus
• Experience maintaining and preferably implementing NSPB and SmartView with NetSuite; experience troubleshooting and working directly with end users
• Strong experience with accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when investigating data issues
• Experience working with a team, cross-training, and building and maintaining documentation
• Proven experience working with US based business teams
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language
• Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
