Please find the job description mentioned below : Job Title: Senior US Non IT Recruiter (Manufacturing and Semi-Conductor) Job Location: Uppal, Hyderabad Educational Qualification: Any Degree Experience: 5 -12 years Roles and Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities Must have a good understanding of US Staffing business, Non Technical Recruiting Process. Must have worked with Manufacturing and Semi-Conductor clients. Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision. Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Look up for the right resumes that match our client requirement on various job portals, Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Understand Organizations Objectives & Goals and measure the Targets using KPIs
- Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts.
- Experience hiring for C2C/W2 Contract/Full Time positions.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Night shift
- Secunderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
