Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Architecture and Design Engineer to join our team. As a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, we specialize in providing recruitment solutions for various industries, including IT and Networking.The Senior Network Architecture and Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing complex network infrastructure solutions for our clients. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge network designs that meet client needs and industry best practices.If selected, the job location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities

• Leading and managing people and vendors to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Interfaces with business demand and translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Consolidate technical requirements and produces end to end solution design, detailed BOQ\xe2\x80\x99s and costing for sector enablement and office fitout projects (includes passive network, active network, cybersecurity, datacentre, and hosting)
• Responsible for the design and delivery of Edge network - LAN, Datacentre and collaboration , features and solutions
• Produces and Maintain High-Level and Low-Level design documentation
• Manage the capacity of the running Edge network - LAN, Datacentre and collaboration
• Drive and manage optimizations and continuous service improvements related to the Office LAN and collaboration network
• Technical authority for Edge network - LAN, Datacentre and collaboration
• Establish and foster key relationships with business and project stakeholders across the business sectors.
• Development of regular reporting for both operational and strategic initiatives.
• Manage Office LAN network CAPEX

• Tertiary degree qualification in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT related discipline
• CCIE, JNCIE, HNCIE expert level industry certification (preferred) or demonstrated equivalent experience
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Network solutions architecture, design or implementation lead position in a large enterprise, Service Provider, or Integrator
• Minimum of 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing and delivering telecommunication network projects and leading implementation teams.
• Minimum of 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading teams and managing people
• Deep Knowledge of network technologies and protocols (CCIE level certification) such as but not limited to Collaboration systems VOIP, Streaming, Cybersecurity standards, private Cloud,TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree, SDN (SDACCESS SDWAN), ACI, Load Balancers.
• Good knowledge of security network systems (Firewalls, Proxies, Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion detection systems)
• Ability to work without minimal supervision. Hands on experience in designing configuring and operating Cisco, Huawei or Juniper network switches, routers
• Ability to coach, mentor and manage staff and to achieve business outcomes.
• Experience managing geographically diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to translate technical terms into business processes to deliver effective change.
