We are seeking highly skilled .NET developers with over 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in .NET development, with a focus on performance improvement and concurrent programming. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing high-performance applications while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design, develop, and optimize .NET-based applications.
• Focus on performance tuning and resolving bottlenecks in existing systems.
• Implement concurrent programming techniques to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in .NET technologies.
### Requirements

• Extensive experience in .NET development (10+ years).
• Expertise in performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of concurrent programming and multi threading.
• Hands-on experience with .NET frameworks, C#, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:



• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with database optimization techniques.
