Leadrat CRM is a B2B CRM application focusing on the Real Estate Domain. Channel Partners and the Builders organization will be our audience. We Offer industry-standard Lead, User, Task, and Property management.Lead Rat (SaaS) is aCRM tool, it is a revolution in the real estate business, where real estate meets intelligence and helps you grow your business. Lead Rat helps you manage your leads and property listings along with the option of creating tasks and tracking them. It also provides features such as Lead Generation, Integration with various sources such as Magic Bricks, 99Acres, and Housing.com, and the option of matching leads and properties.

Job Type:Work from Office & Full-time.
Experience:3-6yrs
CTC Range-10 - 22 LPA but Max upto - 25 LPA
Availability for Joining -Immediate joiners only
Working Days - Initial 6 months - 6 days ,later 5 days only
Job Responsibilities:
1. Producing code using .NET languages (C# .NET).
2. Hands on experience in Azure Mandatory..
3. Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
4. Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications
5. Participate in requirements analysis.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
7. Experience /knowledge working on postgres database(Any database).
8. Experience /knowledge working on .Net Framework Version 6.
9. Experience /knowledge on cloud technologies like Azure/AWS.
10. Write clean, scalable code using .NET Core programming languages.
11. Test and deploy applications and systems.
12. Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
13. Improve existing software.
14. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
15. Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
16. Experience working on Azure is a must.
17. Experience handling a team.
Requirements and skills
1. Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer/Fresher
2. Familiarity with theASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
3. Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
4. Familiaritywith architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
5. Understanding of Agile methodologies
6. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
7. Attention to detail
