• What you\'ll be doing...

You will be working in some of the cutting edge technologies and driving the Field ART in Network Systems - Field Operations space to the next level in its journey to the North Star architecture. Field Operations primarily focus on field technicians suite of applications driving field workforce efficiency with enriched mobile applications and business process automation.

The role mandates continuous innovation and broad technical skills, adept with
knowledge and getting in depth understanding of business priorities, market insights and technology changes in the industry. You should be able to create, lead, shape and execute programs and initiatives to improve people skills, process optimization and modern technology adoption to create higher value for the business.

• Lead Development teams in Field ART and be responsible for

delivery of business programs in Wireline and Global Network OSS
teams. * Program/Project Delivery Excellence: Own the program delivery working

closely with the onshore Director and the Stakeholders both from Business and IT (India and US). * Hands on technically, guides the team on architecture, design and on the job

challenges. * Define, Measure and drive the teams to achieve KPIs.

• Lead and Drive the teams towards transformation in Agile-SAFe,

DevSecOps, Cloud and Business process automation. * Create Superior Employee Experience: Create scalable practices that

would help maintain a very high level of engagement with the team
members on a regular basis and ensure that there is a constant connect. * Identify areas of opportunities and drive efficiencies in existing teams.

• Engage with all employees on a regular basis by having a structure and

schedule for employee engagement activities. * Represent project and programs in internal and external forums clearly

articulating on the value creation and significance of the deliverables. * Work directly with developers and product managers/stakeholder to

conceptualize, build, test and realize value based solutions. * Identify areas of opportunities and drive efficiencies in existing teams.

• Influence and get buy in from external and internal stakeholders by

effectively balancing the social system. * Strategic roles both on technology and strategic management.

• Drive a Culture of Innovation: Champion a culture of innovation and drive

as an example. * Encourage the team to participate in experimentation, hackathons, coding

events and other org wide events and efforts. * Vendor Management: Manage vendors on the ARTs or Non ART

programs/domain teams. * Manage and track the budgets and financials.

You\'ll need to have:

• Bachelor\'s degree or four or more years of educational qualification.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience in software delivery management role

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in Telecom Network Domain and Network OSS solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people leader and a mentor, and maintains a very high level of

engagement with the team members. * A degree in computer science or computer engineering.

• Master\'s degree.
• Software development experience in a diverse set of areas including scalable mobile Hybrid apps, web applications, web services, message queues, RPA and Bot technologies.
• Experience in project management including waterfall and SAFe agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading Software projects/development teams.
• Experience managing large scale core development projects from scratch,

and handled requirements, design and the deliveries * Experience triaging/handling high pressure customer end user/requests.

• Experience with performance tuning, scalability and availability.
• Significant experience in software development cycle.
• Hands on experience in Java spring boot, Angular / React JS and Oracle / Postgres application development including experience leading a technical team in such web technologies.
• Experience in DevOps, SRE and Secure SDLC software development environment.
• Experience migrating web applications to Cloud (AWS, Oracle Cloud or Cloud Foundry etc.)
• Knowledge and experience of Docker/Container technologies.
