As a Sr. Manager you will build a team and enable them to achieve the goals. You are responsible to drive innovations with Lattice low power FPGA to build next generation products. This role requires you to be very knowledgeable in embedded system design involving both HW and SW, understand product requirements to create enablement technologies, motivated to dive deep into all technical aspects.We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager to build and Manage Embedded Systems team. The job involves managing the HW/SW engineers and embedded product development life cycle. You will be responsible for delivery technologies that enables effective use of Lattice low power FPGA for embedded design. You will drive all quality aspect of the product.RequirementsKey Skills

• Prior experience in managing a team of HW and SW engineers.
• In depth understanding of HW/SW co-design and co-verification.
• Good track record in delivering products with FPGA/embedded processors.
• Experience in developing roadmap and new capabilities.
• Experience in creating accelerators with FPGA is a big plus.
• Managing the schedule and project priorities.
• Ability to mentor team on technical issues and personal growth.
• Good exposure to emerging technologies including AI/ML, mission vision, 5G

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics or Computer Engineering minimum of 15 years (12 for MS) of system design experience.
• Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under dynamic environment and uncertainties.
• Innovative, problem solver who likes to come up with newer and better solutions for existing problems.
• Good communication skill.
