Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesAssist / guide distributors in Service & Parts OperationsImplement policies and procedures in dealership networkAssist distributors in concern resolution.Ensure to achieve TAT, CSI, DSS & CAPs TargetsChannel capability building.Achieve Spare Parts & Lubricants revenue targetsImplement warranty policy and monitor warranty cost per TractorEnsure campaign activities are completed in time.Audit dealerships for processes and Warranty claimsEnsure timely product feedback from dealersEnsure distributors get required support from HO in terms of literature, tools, diagnostics, catalogues, etc.Help distributors grow business through Service Marketing activities.Visit fleet operators along with Distributor to instill confidence in our products and servicesPreferred IndustriesEngineeringSalesEducation QualificationEngineering Graduate (Mechanical / Automobile).General Experience12-15 years (BE) experience in Service, Field Operations and Parts Operations in Tractors / Farm Machinery.
